Sr. Technical Program Manager, EU INTech DEX - Delivery Speed Tech

Picture this: You're about to lead the team that decides whether a customer in London gets their package tomorrow or next week, whether a family in Madrid pays €5 or €15 for delivery, and whether someone in Luxembourg receives three boxes or one perfectly consolidated package. We're looking for an L6 Sr. Technical program Manager to join our Delivery Experience (DEX) team – think of it as mission control for Amazon EU's delivery operations, where your decisions ripple across millions of doorsteps every single day. You'll be the strategic mastermind behind our vision of high-speed, low-cost delivery for all EU customers, juggling the exciting challenge of making deliveries faster while simultaneously making them cheaper (yes, we know that sounds like magic, but that's why we need you!). This isn't just any Sr. TPM role – you're getting a front-row seat with the STeam, driving Stores' biggest bets in EU, and basically becoming the person everyone turns to when they ask "how do we crack the customer delivery experience?" Based in Bengaluru, you'll be working on problems so complex and impactful that your morning coffee conversations will involve optimizing networks across entire countries. • Key job responsibilities
• You will be responsible for:
• - You will own delivery and roadmap for 20+ HC team.
• - Articulating tech vision and value proposition for Amazon’s worldwide marketplace expansion.
• - Working backwards from the customers around the globe to build, manage, and deliver a technical marketplace expansion roadmap.
• - Working with Amazon EU businesses around the globe to define solutions for Amazon’s worldwide marketplace expansions in the different regions.
• - Influencing technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions, working directly with business stakeholders, engineering managers, engineers, and designers.
• - Driving product discussions as well as commissioning market research, usability studies, and focus groups.
• - Developing product plans with clear measurable success criteria, using mechanisms and metrics for KPIs, funnels, conversion, and awareness.
• - Supporting branding and marketing of your team and programs.

• Successful applicants will have experience solid delivery, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating to a large number of diverse stakeholders.

Basic qualifications

• - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• - 3+ years of software development experience
• - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred qualifications

• - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
