Job Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top technical talent. They will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending job offers.

Responsibilities:

• •Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent.
• •Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles.
• •Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to extending job offers.
• •Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• •Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• •Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• •Maintain accurate records and metrics of recruiting activities.
• •Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
• •Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote Void Solutions and attract top talent.

Requirements:

• •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• •3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• •Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to screen candidates for technical skills.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• •Strong organizational and time management skills.
• •Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
• •Experience with sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
• •Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Salary Range: INR 5,00,000 - INR 8,00,000 per annum
