Coach and advise hiring managers on interviewing practices, candidate evaluation, market conditions, and effective selection decisions.

Use recruiting data to prioritize requisitions, evaluate search effectiveness, recommend adjustments, and provide hiring teams with clear visibility into recruiting progress.

Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines of high-potential candidates through targeted sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and relationship-building efforts, regardless of current hiring demand.

Partner with HR and other teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through the candidate’s start date.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, recruiting programs, and innovative talent strategies that strengthen the organization’s overall talent acquisition capabilities.
