SRC Technician

Bring your energy to Aggreko as SRC Technician based in Dubai.

You will report to the lead technician, and will be responsible for the refurbishment, repair & maintenance of Aggreko equipment. Ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll do as SRC Technician :

• •Assembly of Aggreko products in accordance with work instructions and quality control documentation
• •Diagnosis/Repair/Assembly/Overhaul/Refurb/Testing of Aggreko Products ·
• •Assembly of Fuel and Cooling system hoses, pipes and fittings · Assembly & Sub-Assembly of fabricated components ·
• •Mating and torquing of flange assemblies. · Use of air/power tools, hand tools, torque tools and measuring equipment ·
• •Working to the high-quality standards of the business and escalating quality issues when they arise ·
• •Work in an effective manner with the direct team members and wider cross-functional teams where required. ·
• •Involvement in Continuous Improvement projects and activities · Maintaining work area in a safe and tidy working condition ·
• •Working strictly in accordance with company policies, procedures & processes
• •Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• •Perform electrical system servicing to defined service intervals and in line with standard operating procedures and work instructions.

You are: ·

• •Experience Working in the power generation field.
• •Knowledge on Mechanical and Electrical repairs
• •Experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with a strong knowledge of Service and repair methods with experience of assembling electrical systems.
• •Understand and interpret engineering drawings.
• •Experience of working on mechanical components would also be desirable but not essential.
• •Strong computer analytics.
• •Leadership skills.
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Able to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time, to a high level of quality and accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
