  • Bereitschaft, klientenorientiert zu arbeiten
  • Belastbarkeit, Engagement, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Fortbildungsbereitschaft
  • Grundkenntnisse im Sozialrecht und im Betreuungsrecht
  • Zugehörigkeit zu einer anerkannten christlichen Kirche
  • Führerschein der Klasse B

Ihre Aufgaben

  • fachlich fundierte Betreuung von Menschen mit Behinderung unter der Prämisse der größtmöglichen Selbstbestimmung und Teilhabe in der Nachtdienstzeit
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
  • Mitarbeit an der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung
