Where You'll Make a Difference

• •Lead the identification of unmet consumer and customer needs and translate insights into differentiated fragrance solutions.
• •Build deep expertise in market trends, consumer needs, competitive technologies, and future innovation opportunities.
• •Establish strong partnerships with perfumers, sales, marketing, innovation, operations, manufacturing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• •Drive the agile adaptation and deployment of existing fragrance technologies to address customer and category-specific challenges.
• •Champion knowledge sharing, technical training, and best practices in data management, laboratory operations, and safety procedures.
• •Support the successful launch of new technologies by partnering with creative, commercial, and innovation teams.
• •Provide strategic feedback on innovation performance, business impact, win rates, and future capability needs.
• •Lead complex projects by managing priorities, resources, timelines, risks, KPIs, and stakeholder communication.
• •Develop and inspire team members while fostering an inclusive, safe, and collaborative working environment.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• •Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Fragrance Science, Consumer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• •Significant experience in fragrance, consumer products, ingredients, innovation, R&D, or a related industry.
• •Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into technical solutions and business opportunities.
• •Strong project management skills with experience leading multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• •Proven success building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• •Experience leading, coaching, and developing technical professionals.
• •Strong understanding of innovation processes, technology deployment, and commercialization.
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, diversity, and continuous improvement.

How Would You Stand Out?

• •Experience within the fragrance, flavors, consumer goods, or specialty ingredients industry.
• •Knowledge of regulatory, sustainability, supply chain, and ingredient compliance considerations impacting fragrance development.
• •Experience leveraging intellectual property analysis and competitive intelligence to guide innovation strategies.
