Wir sind ein Pflegeunternehmen mit zwei Pflegeheimen, einer Häuslichen Krankenpflege und einem Behinderten- und Krankenfahrdienst.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung einer ganzheitlich fördernden Pflege und Betreuung
  • Durchführen der täglichen Grundpflege
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit den Pflegefachkräften
  • Umsetzung von Hygienestandards
  • Durchführung der ärztlich angeordneten Behandlungspflege
  • Beratung und Anleitung von Klienten und Angehörigen
  • Hilfestellung für Klienten bei Bewegung und Fortbewegung

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Pflegehelfer Ausbildung (nicht zwingend notwendig)
  • idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung, gern unterstützen wir auch Berufseinsteiger und Wiedereinsteiger
  • Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und eine positive Lebenseinstellung
