Staff Accountant

Description

The Staff Accountant is responsible for fleet loan reporting, daily fleet sales processing, various month-end duties and general ledger reconciliation in a challenging and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• •Manage fleet loan portfolio for all entities
• •Post daily receivables related to disposal of fleet vehicles
• •Prepare and submit weekly financial reports
• •Submit monthly journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
• •Manage weekly / quarterly interest and fee payments
• •Provide analysis and research as requested by management
• •Maintain strong working relationships with bank partners

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• •College degree in accounting or related field
• •Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• •Strong organizational skills
• •Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
