As a Staff Analyst, you will play a strategic role in shaping customer experience and driving business performance through advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making. You will own the analytical strategy for the Customer Experience domain, covering the entire policyholder journey, from onboarding and billing to retention and cancellations. Acting as the analytical subject matter expert for customer retention, you will identify business opportunities, anticipate emerging risks, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to influence strategic priorities and product roadmaps. This role combines hands-on analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication within an innovative, technology-driven insurance environment.
