Must Have

Strong Full Stack development experience using React/TypeScript and C#/.NET
Strong experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services
Experience delivering cloud-native, production-grade applications
Strong automated testing across unit, API, integration and end-to-end journeys
CI/CD, GitHub and modern DevSecOps practices
Experience with production support, observability and troubleshooting
For Principal/Staff roles: experience designing or building AI/agentic or conversational applications , including intent classification, orchestration, API/tool integration and human escalation
Strong engineering design, problem-solving and collaboration skills
