This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Engineer, ERP Workday Extend Integration based in India.

  • This is a senior technical role focused on designing, developing, and supporting sophisticated Workday integration solutions.
  • You will work across HCM, Payroll, Financials, Talent, and related enterprise systems to deliver scalable and reliable integrations.
  • The role combines deep expertise in Workday Studio, Extend, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, APIs, reporting, and automation.
  • You will design custom applications and extensions while connecting Workday with payroll providers, benefits platforms, ATS systems, financial systems, and data warehouses.
  • You will also play a key role in production reliability, security, performance optimization, and semi-annual release management.
  • Working closely with functional and technical stakeholders, you will provide architectural guidance, mentor other engineers, and help drive high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.
