Join us in driving the future of advanced manufacturing. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across automated manufacturing processes, helping to deliver innovative solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and scalability. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic engineering projects, implement new technologies, and support continuous improvement in a highly regulated production environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead complex engineering and automation projects from concept through implementation, ensuring delivery of project objectives, timelines, and business outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership across manufacturing operations, acting as a subject matter expert in automation and advanced manufacturing processes.
  • Support production teams by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process performance, product quality, productivity, and equipment effectiveness.
  • Define user requirements, evaluate equipment suppliers, and lead machine qualification activities, including validation protocols and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, process risk assessments, and control plans to support operational excellence.
  • Lead process validation activities and statistical studies, including process capability, measurement system analysis, and process control implementation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing processes with enterprise systems and train engineers and operators on new technologies and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably within MedTech, automotive, or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Experience with process validation and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) methodologies.
  • Experience implementing new manufacturing processes, technologies, or automated production lines.
  • Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Experience using manufacturing quality and statistical tools such as Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), or Design of Experiments (DoE).
  • Experience with industrial automation technologies, including robotics, machine vision systems, or automated equipment.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience automating grinding, polishing, forming, or similar manufacturing processes.
  • Experience within medical technology, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or other Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting nonconformance investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and engineering change processes.

  • Travel requirements: Occasional travel may be required based on project and supplier needs.

Poland Pay Ranges:

Poland, Skawina : zł136.700 - zł227.900 PLN Annual
