Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to bring technical excellence, initiative and leadership to our team. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling our platform. We are building a new revenue path for GoodLeap, a project with direct executive attention and real momentum behind it. This is one of the most exciting areas of the company to be a part of right now. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of key initiatives within a growing company.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to build solutions that are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance. Driving our AI strategy is central to this role, building and shipping Agents powered by LLMs and other AI technologies. This is a full-stack role with deep ownership, from backend services to frontend performance, from planning phases to production launches.
