Develop supplier improvement plans and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor and report supplier performance metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, reliability, productivity, and manufacturing excellence.

Change Management & Program Execution

Lead and track all supplier-driven Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Change Management/Product Change Notification (CM-PCN) activities.

Ensure changes are properly validated, implemented, and communicated across stakeholders.

Identify manufacturing and program risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Provide regular updates to leadership regarding supplier performance, program status, KPIs, risks, and improvement plans.

Production Support & Problem Resolution

Partner with Manufacturing, Incoming Quality, Material Planning, and Plant Supplier Quality teams to protect production operations from supplier quality issues.

Lead root cause investigations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Support system builds, prototype builds, validation builds, and launch activities.
