We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI to lead enterprise-wide AI programs and establish operational frameworks that scale artificial intelligence across the organization. As the Staff Technical Program Manager on our Enterprise AI Center of Excellence team, you will work closely with Principal Product Managers, Architects, Enablement Managers, and cross-functional leaders in Security, Legal, Finance, and Product & Technology to turn enterprise AI strategy into delivered results. Your strengths in end-to-end technical program execution, governance process design, and cross-functional orchestration will drive your success.

You will report to Senior Director, Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI and can be based in our Austin, Texas office, with flexibility for remote candidates anywhere in the U.S.

What you'll do

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide AI programs end-to-end, executing major rollouts from initial strategic plan to full operational adoption to drive company-wide efficiency.
  • Manage multi-team dependencies, risk frameworks, and program timelines across Enterprise IT, Security, Legal, and Business Units to ensure seamless delivery of AI capabilities.
  • Establish and drive the operational program cadence, leading partner alignment sessions and compiling executive-level monthly progress reporting.
  • Own and optimize the enterprise AI intake and request routing pipeline, accurately capturing business value, technical requirements, and success metrics for new tools and connectors.
  • Track requests throughout the complete software lifecycle—from initial intake and prioritization through incubation, scaling, and production adoption.
  • Facilitate the enterprise AI governance and review process in coordination with Security, GRC, and Legal to ensure consistent evaluation and compliance standards across all initiatives.
  • Manage the core enterprise backlog for AI use cases and connectors in alignment with product priorities, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Design and implement scalable, repeatable operational processes including intake forms, service level agreements, routing workflows, and program documentation.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management successfully delivering large-scale cross-functional programs within an enterprise environment.
  • Proven background in designing, establishing, and scaling intake, governance, or service management operational frameworks.
  • Demonstrated track record of effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration with engineering, security, legal, compliance, and business unit stakeholders.
  • Practical technical understanding and fluency with modern AI tools, architectures, and workflow tools (such as Jira and Jira Service Management) to effectively triage technical requests.
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive follow-through, and strong written communication capabilities necessary to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structured operational frameworks where none currently exist.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong-fit Background Might Include

  • Technical Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, or IT Portfolio Manager within an enterprise technology, SaaS, or high-growth tech environment.
  • Operations Lead, Governance Manager, or Service Management Lead focused on emerging technologies, enterprise architecture, or AI/ML initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional risk, compliance, and deployment pipelines for enterprise software or data/AI platforms.
