  • Erfahrung als Personaldisponent (m/w/d) im medizinischen Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrung als 360 ° Consultant
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzfreude
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • ### Dein Arbeitsalltag
  • Eigenverantwortliche Besetzung der Vakanzen im Bereich der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
  • Durchführung von verhaltensbasierten Interviews
  • Vorstellung möglicher Einsatzoptionen
  • Führung von Bewerbungsgesprächen, persönlich oder per Videotelefonie
  • Durchführung aller Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
  • Pflege der Mitarbeiterkontakte und Dokumentation von Vorgängen
