Deine Aufgaben

Contacts téléphoniques réguliers avec les locataires, les corps de métier et les autorités

Traitement des résiliations

De manière générale, soutien de toutes les tâches incombant au gérant(e) d'immeubles

Rédaction et envoi des bons de commande ainsi que de demandes d'offres

Traitement et codification des factures de fournisseurs

Adaptation des loyers

Rédaction de diverses correspondances

Dein Profil

Diplôme d'une école de commerce (partie scolaire)

Bonnes notes dans les branches principales

Intérêt pour la branche immobilière

Grande volonté d'engagement et de performance

Fiable, responsable, sociable

Personne vive et ouverte, apparence soignée et bonnes manières

Goût du contact avec les clients au téléphone
