### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Mauerwerk aus Ziegeln, Beton und anderen Baustoffen
  • Schalungs-, Bewehrungs- und Betonierarbeiten
  • Errichtung von Stahlbetonkonstruktionen
  • Arbeiten nach Bauplänen und technischen Zeichnungen
  • Unterstützung bei Sanierungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
  • Arbeiten im Tiefbau

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer, Stahlbetonbauer, Straßenbauer, Tiefbauer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar – auch Berufseinsteiger (m/w/d) sind willkommen
  • Quereinsteiger/Helfer (m/w/d) mit entsprechender mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im benannten Tätigkeitsfeld ebenfalls denkbar
  • Erfahrung im Baugewerbe ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
