Unser Mittelständisches Unternehmen mit Firmenzentrale in Landsberg (Sachsen Anhalt) beschäftigt ca. 70 Mitarbeiter.
Für die Eröffnung eines neuen Standortes in Magdeburg, benötigen wir einen
-- Standortleiter im Gerüstbau (m/w/d) --
Ihre Aufgaben:
· Aufbau eines neuen Standortes in Magdeburg
· Von der Standortsuche bis zum MA-Recruiting in Zusammenarbeit mit dem GF
· Disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter
· Akquirierung von Neukunden, sowie Ausbau des Geschäftes bei den Bestandskunden
· Führung und Leitung des Standortes unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Aspekte
· Kosten und Budgetverantwortung für den gesamten Standort
Ihr Profil:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Standortleitung, bevorzugt im Gerüstbau
- hohes technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Denken
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsgeschick beim Kunden und Baustellenpersonal zeichnen Sie aus
- Führerschein Klasse B
