Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Logistikmeister; abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung im Logistikbereich
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Logistikstandortes und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen
  • erweiterte Kenntnisse Microsoft Office; Grundkenntnisse ERP-Systeme; erweiterte Englischkenntnisse; soziale Kompetenz; Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzfreude

Tätigkeiten:

  • betriebswirtschaftliche Verantwortung für alle Geschäftsprozesse am Logistikstandort inkl. der disziplinarischen Verantwortung über gewerbliche und administrative Mitarbeiter
  • Weiterentwicklung und gesamtheitliche Steuerung der intralogistischen Abläufe und Prozesse
  • Steuerung des Lagerstandortes anhand definierter Kennzahlen im Bereich Service, Qualität u. Kosten
  • Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung für Value Added Services und Zusatzleitungen
  • Effiziente Personalführung und Mitarbeitermotivation zur Erreichung hoher Produktivität und einer zufriedenstellenden Arbeitsatmosphäre
  • Forecast Planung und Kosten-Umsatz Reporting an die zuständigen Manager
