Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie werden als Junior- Standortleiter 1 Jahr mit einem erfahrenen Standortleiter "mitlaufen"

sie sind dabei die treibende Kraft hinter Vertrieb, Produktion, Logistik, Technik und Personalführung

  • Hauptbestandteil ist der Vertrieb - sie recherchieren und führen Verkaufs- und Preisverhandlungen, die unsere solide Marktposition stärken.
  • Nutzen Sie Ihre Erfahrung in der Baubranche (Beton, Kies, Zusatzstoffe), um unsere hochwertige Produktqualität und termingerechte Lieferungen sicherzustellen.
  • Betreuen Sie bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und treiben Sie deren Ausbau gezielt voran.
  • Optimieren Sie die Auslastung unserer Anlagen und Fahrzeuge für maximale Effizienz.
  • Führen und motivieren Sie ein Team von 2–3 Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im technischen, handwerklichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich (z. B. Bauingenieur, Maurermeister, o.ä.).
  • Ihre Erfahrungen in der Baubranche – insbesondere Beton, Kies oder Zusatzstoffe – sind fundiert.
  • Ihre Vertriebsstärke ist Ihr Erfolgsfaktor: Sie kennen sich bestens mit Verkaufsverhandlungen und dem Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen aus.
  • Mit ausgezeichnetem technischem und betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis sowie Erfahrungen in Excel und SAP sind Sie bestens gerüstet.
  • Führungsfähigkeit, Struktur und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie sind gern viel unterwegs
