An unseren Standorten umfassen wir 11 Automobilmarken im Verkauf/Service mit 250 Mitarbeitern und bieten unseren Kunden ein breit aufgestelltes Produktportfolio. Wir möchten mit unserem Team in die Automobile Zukunft starten und arbeiten weiterhin an neuen Ansätzen für unsere Kunden und Mitarbeiter.

Wir möchten auch in Zukunft weiterhin stark im Automobilbereich aufgestellt sein und suchen ab sofort- für unseren Standort in Bergheim:

Standortleiter / Verkaufsleiter (m/w/d) – mitverkaufend 

Ihr Profil: 

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Automobilvertrieb Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte Abschlussstärke und Begeisterung für Premiumfahrzeuge
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Organisationstalent und wirtschaftliches Verständnis

Ihre Aufgaben: 

  • Operative und strategische Leitung des Standorts Führung
  • Motivation und Entwicklung des Verkaufsteams Aktiver Fahrzeugverkauf (Neu- und Gebrauchtwagen)
  • Steuerung der Vertriebskennzahlen und Zielerreichung Verantwortung für Ertrag
  • Volumen und Kundenzufriedenheit Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service und Werkstatt
  • Umsetzung von Herstellerstandards und Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Repräsentation des Standorts im lokalen Markt
