Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • · Mitwirkung bei der Ausgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Konzepte
  • · Personalführung, Personalentwicklung und Personaleinsatzplanung
  • · Verantwortung für die Assistenzleistungen sowie Beratung und Begleitung der Leistungsberechtigten
  • · Kooperation mit Behörden, Leistungsträgern, Angehörigen und rechtlichen Betreuern
  • · Krisenintervention
  • · Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den weiteren Wohnbereichen, der
  • · Förderstätte, WfbM und der TENE sowie weiteren internen wie externen Gremien
  • · Vernetzung im Sozialraum

Sie bringen mit:

  • · Ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium mit pädagogischer Ausrichtung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • · Fachliche und persönliche Kompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung
  • · Unternehmerisches, betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Erfahrung in Leitung und Führung
  • · Bereitschaft zu bereichsübergreifenden Aufgaben, Flexibilität und Eigenverantwortung
  • · Identifikation mit den christlichen Werten unseres Leitbildes und Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung
