## Ihre Aufgaben:

Die Mosaikschule in München-Ramersdorf befindet sich im Aufbau und umfasst derzeit 24 Klassen, davon 14 Ganztags- und 10 Halbtagsklassen. Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Angebots suchen wir eine engagierte Standortleitung (m/w/d), die den Offenen Ganztag Plus sowie die Schulbegleitung pädagogisch, organisatorisch und personell verantwortet.

  • Aufbau und Ausgestaltung des Offenen Ganztags Plus an der Mosaikschule für Kinder und Jugendliche mit Förderschwerpunkt geistige Entwicklung
  • Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Angebots Schulbegleitung an der Mosaikschule
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Schulleitungsteam
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Gesamtkonzeptes
  • Qualitätssicherung sowie Verantwortung für die pädagogische und organisatorische Umsetzung der konzeptionellen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Personalmanagement (Einstellung, Führung, Teamentwicklung und Einsatzplanung)

## Ihr Profil:

  • Sozialpädagogin (m/w/d), Heilpädagogin (m/w/d), Diplom- oder Kindheitspädagogin (m/w/d), Pädagogin MA (m/w/d) oder Sonderpädagogin (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufs- und Leitungserfahrung
  • Wertschätzende und personzentrierte Haltung
  • Eigenverantwortliche, verbindliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Geduld, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Eingruppierung:
  • AVR-Bayern (E11)
  • 65.579 € - 75.630 €
