### Pädagogische Mitarbeiterin (d/m/w) als Standortverantwortung im Münchner Norden für die Sozialpädagogische Lernhilfe - LernZiel

Für die Verantwortung eines Standortes im Münchner Norden suchen wir ab 07.01.2026 eine\*n pädagogischen Mitarbeiter\*in mit einer Wochenarbeitszeit von 19,5 Stunden.

Die sozialpädagogische Lernhilfe „LernZiel“ des Euro-Trainings-Centre ist ein Angebot, das im Auftrag des Stadtjugendamtes durchgeführt wird. Damit unterstützen, fördern und begleiten wir Kinder und Jugendliche aus Grund-, Mittel- und Förderschulen bei ihren schulischen Aufgaben und in ihren sozialen Belangen.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung und Anleitung einer Lerngruppe von vier Schüler\*innen am Nachmittag
  • Vermittlung von Lernstrategien und Lerntechniken, Förderung der Lernbereitschaft
  • Beratung bei persönlichen und schulischen Problemen
  • Kontakt zu Eltern, Lehrkräften und anderen pädagogischen Fachdiensten
  • Teilnahme und Organisation von Team-Besprechungen

### Wir wünschen uns

  • Erfahrung und Freude im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • idealerweise auch Erfahrung in der Jugend- und / oder Bildungsarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • selbständige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit
  • hohes Maß an Selbstreflexion und Lernbereitschaft
  • soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz
