POSITION SUMMARY

The Pauma Heritage Quick Stop - Starbucks is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Starbucks team!

The Starbucks Barista is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrates a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• •Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• •Accurately take orders, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and process payments.
• •Answer customer questions regarding products, ingredients, and promotions.
• •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store.
• •Restock supplies and rotate products according to food safety guidelines.
• •Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• •Follow company policies, safety procedures, and food handling requirements.
• •Participate in required training and professional development.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• •High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• •No prior experience required; customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• •Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• •Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• •Must obtain Starbucks certification within 30 days of hire.
