In partnership with Applied Tech and Jefferson College, Bethesda offers a paid CNA Apprenticeship Program for compassionate individuals who want to begin a rewarding career in healthcare. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training, you'll gain the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to provide exceptional care while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals.

As a CNA Apprentice, you'll learn to:

Support residents with daily living activities

Assist with mobility, meals, and personal care

Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Develop the skills needed for a successful career in long-term care

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Willingness to complete on-the-job training and CNA certification (as required by state law)

Strong communication skills

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist residents with mobility using proper equipment and assistance

Ability to accurately complete required documentation
