Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie Unterstützung unserer Bewohner:innen beim Führen eines selbstbestimmten Lebens in Wohlbefinden und Würde
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Angehörige der Pflegebedürftigen
  • Wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Therapeut:innen, Ärzt:innen, Bewohner:innen und ihren Angehörigen
  • Pflegedokumentation

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft
  • Kenntnisse in der IT-gestützten Pflegedokumentation
  • Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
