- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten in der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
- Sicheres Führen der Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeplanung
- Mitwirkung im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements der Einrichtung
Anforderungen/Persönliche Kompetenzen:
- Einfühlungsvermögen/empathische Grundeinstellung
- Verlässlichkeit
- Kundenorientierung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit dementiell erkrankten Menschen wünschenswert (nicht zwingend!)
- Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit
- PC Kenntnisse
Qualifikation:
- Pflegefachmann/-frau, exam. Altenpfleger/-in oder exam. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in
- Berufserfahrung wünschenswert (nicht zwingend!)
- Eintrittstermin: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
- Dauer: unbefristet
- Vergütung: nach TV AWO BS
