Stationsassistent (m/w/d) mit 19,25 Stunden/Woche oder 30,00 Stunden/Woche

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • administrative Aufnahme und Entlassung unserer Patienten auf der Station
  • Unterstützung im Medikationsmanagement
  • Organisation und Anmeldungen der angeordneten Untersuchungen unserer Patienten
  • Botengänge, wie zum Beispiel Labor
  • Veränderung der Stationsbelegung an das Patientenmanagement melden
  • administrative Ausarbeitung der ärztlichen Visiten
  • Ansprechpartnerin für externe Einrichtungen, Funktionsabteilungen und Kooperationspartner
  • Ansprechpartnerin für Patienten und Angehörige in nicht medizinisch- / pflegerelevanten Angelegenheiten
  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im medizinisch-pflegerischen Bereich
  • Sie bringen gute EDV-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS-Office), idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Krankenhausinformationssystemen mit
  • Sie sind ein Koordinations- und Organisationstalent
  • Sie stehen für Empathie, Professionalität, Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität und Diskretion
  • Sie sind sicher im sprachlichen Ausdruck und im Schriftverkehr
  • Sie haben die Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
