### DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

  • Mitarbeiterführung und Mitverantwortung für Personaleinsatzplanung und Personalentwicklung
  • Umsetzung der festgelegten Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Sicherstellung einer pflegerisch professionellen Patientenversorgung
  • Ansprechpartner:in des interdisziplinären Teams und angrenzender Bereiche
  • Die selbstständige Betreuung und Pflege von Menschen mit geriatrisch rehabilitativem Handlungsbedarf und ihrer Angehörigen
  • Durchführung aktivierend-therapeutischer Pflege
  • Unterstützung bei therapeutischen und diagnostischen Maßnahmen
  • Möglichkeit zur konzeptionellen Entwicklung des Fachbereichs an der Asklepios Paulinen Klinik

### DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Gesundheits\- und Krankenpfleger:in oder Altenpfleger:in
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im Bereich aktivierend, therapeutischer Pflege sowie in der Leitung einer Station
  • Motivation, mit der Bereitschaft zur konstruktiven Mitarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Engagement und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Fort\- und Weiterbildung
  • Gute kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
