  • Begleitende Beratung der Angehörigen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung der Pflegemaßnahmen am Patienten
  • Durchführung von ärztlich veranlassten Anordnungen z.B. Medikamentengabe
  • Die fach- und sachgerechte Pflegedokumentation

abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierter Altenpfleger oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
