Job Description
ลักษณะงาน
- บันทึกข้อมูลการเข้า-ออกงานของพนักงาน เช่น การจัดทำรายงานเวลาเข้า-ออกงาน, การตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในระบบ, และการประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องหากพบความผิดปกติ
- งานด้านธุรการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องอาจรวมถึงการจัดทำเอกสาร, การดูแลแฟ้มประวัติพนักงาน, การจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการอบรมหรือประชุม
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและราชการเช่น การติดต่อเพื่อส่งเอกสารราชการ, การดำเนินการตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายแรงงาน, หรือการจัดการเรื่องสิทธิประโยชน์ของพนักงาน

คุณสมบัติ
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 20–40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช./ปวส. สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้และทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบุคคลหรือธุรการ อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ บริษัท ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรม จำกัด จังหวัดชลบุรี (มีอาหาร และที่พักฟรี)
