Wir suchen im Auftrag für unseren Kunden in Werder, eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit Qualifikation zur PDL oder WBL für die Stelle stell. PDL.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung • Optimierung von Pflege- und Arbeitsprozessen • Aktualisierung von Standards, Leitlinien und Dokumentationen • Vorbereitung und Begleitung externer Prüfungen • Schulung des Teams, Übernahme QMB
  • Vertretung der PDL vollumfänglich.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft • Zusatzqualifikation und Erfahrung als WBL • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert
