  • Für unser 12systems-Team suchen wir dich ab sofort als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d)
  • am Standort Karlsruhe

### Deine Aufgaben​

  • Du arbeitest im Team und auch eigentverantwortlich selbstständig und bist für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der heterogenen Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden zuständig.
  • Darunter fallen u.a. folgende Systeme: [Windows](https://12systems.de/lexikon/windows-definition/), Hyper-V, [M365](https://12systems.de/lexikon/m365-definition/), Exchange, [LAN](https://12systems.de/lexikon/lan-definition/) und WAN.
  • Zudem installierst und administrierst Du die Server-Software und führst das entsprechende Troubleshooting durch.
  • Du übernimmst den 2nd Level Support für den User [Helpdesk](https://12systems.de/lexikon/helpdesk-definition/), erstellst und aktualisierst System- und Benutzerdokumentationen und planst Skalierungs-, Sicherheits-, Backup- und Recovery-Konzepte.
  • Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung, sowie Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.

### Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in [Windows](https://12systems.de/lexikon/windows-definition/) 10/11 und [Windows](https://12systems.de/lexikon/windows-definition/) [Server](https://12systems.de/lexikon/server-definition/) 2022/2025
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in [M365](https://12systems.de/lexikon/m365-definition/)
  • Microsoft File & Printservices, Microsoft Remotes Services
  • Gute Kenntnisse der ActiveDirectory Verwaltung und Organisation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in [TCP](https://12systems.de/lexikon/tcp-definition/)/IP, [DNS](https://12systems.de/lexikon/dns-definition/), DHCP, [VPN](https://12systems.de/lexikon/vpn-definition/) sowie Netzwerkarchitekturen im HP Umfeld L2/3
  • Erfahrungen auf den Gebieten Servervirtualisierung mit Hyper-V/Azure Stack
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Organisation, Durchführung und Optimierung von Projekten, kannst Probleme frühzeitig erkennen und Lösungen herbeiführen.
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
