🛠️ Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Teigen (lange und kurze Teigführung)
  • Bedienung automatischer Mehlverwiegung und Wasserdosierung
  • Teigentleerung (Hebekipper) und Dosierung (Sternteiler)
  • Bedienung der Laminieranlage (Programme & Werkzeuge)
  • Steuerung des Durchlaufbackofens
  • Dokumentation der Chargen

✅ Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung als Bäcker oder Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik
  • oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bäcker
  • Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2-Sprachniveau)
