Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung allgemeiner Sekretariats- und Kanzleiaufgaben
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Schriftsätzen nach Diktat und Vorlage
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Zwangsvollstreckungsmaßnahmen
  • Fristen- und Terminüberwachung
  • Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Gerichten, Behörden und Gerichtsvollziehern
  • Aktenführung sowie digitale Aktenverwaltung
  • Kostenrechtliche Tätigkeiten (RVG) und Erstellung von Kostenfestsetzungsanträgen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Mandantenbetreuung
  • Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten im Kanzleialltag

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zwangsvollstreckung zwingend
  • Sicherer Umgang mit RA-MICRO
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
