Unser Anforderungsprofil:

Als stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung in unserer Tagespflege übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Rolle in der Betreuung und Führung unseres Pflegeteams. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählt die Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung: Sie arbeiten eng mit der Pflegedienstleitung zusammen und vertreten diese in deren Abwesenheit.

Organisation der Pflegeprozesse: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung und Umsetzung der Pflege- und Betreuungsangebote, angepasst an die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste
Qualitätssicherung: Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität mit.
Mitarbeitermanagement: Sie unterstützen bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter und fördern die kontinuierliche Weiterbildung des Teams.
Dokumentation und Administration: Sie sorgen für die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation aller pflegerelevanten Informationen und arbeiten bei der Erstellung von Dienstplänen mit.
Kommunikation: Sie stehen in regelmäßigem Austausch mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und anderen Institutionen.

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und in der Organisation von Pflegeprozessen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Einfühlungsvermögen
Teamgeist und Engagement
