Die Volkshochschule Papenburg beteiligt sich an einem ESF-geförderten Projekt im Programm „Win Win“ des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS) . Ziel ist es, junge Männer im Alter von 18 bis 35 Jahren zu erreichen, die bislang nur schwer durch bestehende Angebote der Arbeitsverwaltung erreicht werden.

Zur Umsetzung des Projekts suchen wir engagierte Fachkräfte. Die Stellen sind befristet vom 01.10.2026 bis zum 31.12.2028 . Gesucht wird

## 1. Projektleitung (m/w/d)

Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche)

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtkoordination des Projekts
  • Leitung und Steuerung der Projektteams
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Außenvertretung
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Netzwerken
  • Inhaltliches Projektcontrolling
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für externe Partner

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
  • Organisationsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

## 2. Jobcoach in VZ oder TZ (m/w/d)

Teilzeit (15 Stunden/Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Organisation von Gruppenangeboten und Aktivitäten
  • Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Stärkung der Selbstwirksamkeit der Teilnehmenden
  • Organisation z. B. von:
  • Sport-Workshops
  • Firmenbesuchen
  • Repair-Cafés
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam
  • Gelegentliche Begleitung von Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Kreativität und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit jungen Erwachsenen
  • Teamorientiertes Arbeiten
