## Einleitung

Die in 2. Generation familiengeführte RMA entwickelt und produziert Komponenten für die nationale und internationale Gasinfrastruktur. Neben Komponenten für Erdgas nimmt auch der Absatz von 100% wasserstofftauglichen Armaturen für das deutsche H2-Backbone-Netz zu. Für unseren Standort in Rheinau suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit einen

Stellv. Abteilungsleiter der Montage / Druckprobe (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Montage von Absperrarmaturen, von einfachen bis zu komplexeren Baugruppen
  • Durchführung, Überwachung und Dokumentation von Druck- und Festigkeitsprüfungen (auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern)
  • Einführung in neue Produkte sowie Fertigung von Prototypen
  • Montage und Einstellung von elektrischen und pneumatischen Antrieben
  • Anleitung, Einarbeitung und fachliche Führung von Mitarbeitern sowie Planung der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechaniker, Industriemeister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Montage sowie Interesse an Mechanik und technischen Abläufen
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen, PDE und Phoenix von Vorteil, können aber auch im Betrieb vermittelt werden
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen und externen Partnern
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mindestens auf Niveau B2
