stellv. Filialleiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • eigenständiges und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten im Markt sowie Sicherstellung der Verkaufsbereitschaft
  • Koordinierung und Steuerung der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Präsentation der Ware und Durchführung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen
  • bedarfsorientierte Warendisposition
  • Steuerung des Warenbestands
  • Vertretung der Marktleitung
  • Übernahme von Führungsaufgaben

Das zeichnet Sie aus

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verkäufer oder Kaufmann im Einzelhandel, vornehmlich im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Handel
  • ein hohes Maß an Motivation
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsvermögen
  • Führungskompetenz und Flexibilität
