Die WASGAU Produktions & Handels AG mit Sitz in Pirmasens arbeitet als regional führendes Unternehmen im Lebensmittelhandel und in der Lebensmittelproduktion. Mit unseren zwei Produktionsbetrieben im Bereich Metzgerei und Bäckerei bieten wir in unseren ca. 70 WASGAU Super\- und Verbrauchermärkten sowie sechs Cash-und-Carry-Betrieben ein qualitäts\- und frischebetontes Lebensmittelvollsortiment an. Unsere rund 3.800 motivierten Mitarbeiter sind die Grundlage unseres Erfolges. Für die weitere Expansion, aber auch für bestehende erfolgreiche Standorte suchen wir ständig qualifizierte MitarbeiterInnen.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Verkauf von Backwaren aus unserer eigenen Traditionsbäckerei
  • Freundliche und kompetente Beratung
  • Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Planzielen
  • Umsetzung der Sortimentsstrategie
  • Warenbeschaffung und Fakturierung
  • Anleitung und Führung des Teams
  • Gewährleistung einer ständigen Verkaufsbereitschaft

### Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bäckereifachverkäufer (m/w/x)
  • Berufserfahrung im Segment Bäckerei sowie im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Affinität für Kennzahlen
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke sowie freundliches Auftreten
  • Selbstständiges und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
