  • Während Deiner Schicht fungierst du als Bindeglied aller Stationen und teilst Dein Team gezielt ein und leitest dieses an
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner Deines Teams und motivierst und unterstützt es im operativen Tagesgeschäft – ganz nach dem Motto all for one and one for all!
  • Du bist ein großartiger Gastgeber und gleichzeitig ein Ass im BackOffice Bereich. Du unterstützt bei Tages- und Monatsabschlüssen sowie der Inventur
  • Du hast Spaß daran Dein KnowHow an Dein Team weiterzugeben und weißt genau, wie Du es zur Einhaltung unserer Standards begeistern kannst
  • Auf dem Floor empfängst Du unsere Gäste herzlich und stehst Ihnen bei Fragen zur Verfügung
  • Des Weiteren vertrittst Du den General Manager während seiner Abwesenheit

  • In aller erster Linie hast du eine große Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie. Du bist Gastgeber mit Herz und brennst für die Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste.
  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition sowie im Gästemanagement
  • Du bist ein Profi, wenn es um die Motivation Deines Teams geht. Du erkennst Potenziale, förderst diese und machst Sie zum Star unseres Restaurants.
  • Dich zeichnet Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus. Auch bei Hochbetrieb behältst Du einen kühlen Kopf
