  • Zur Unterstützung der Standortleitung suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit
  • als stellvertretende Standortleitung (m/w/d)
  • mit Erfahrung im Bereich Bildungsträger, Weiterbildung oder Arbeitsmarktmaßnahmen .
  • In dieser Position wirken Sie aktiv beim Aufbau und der Organisation des neuen Standorts mit
  • und übernehmen Verantwortung für administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Bildungsbereich.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Standortleitung beim Aufbau und der Organisation des Akademiestandorts München
  • Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Qualifizierungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung von Teilnehmenden und Dozenten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsagenturen, Jobcentern und weiteren Kooperationspartnern
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards im Bildungsbereich
  • Administrative Aufgaben und Unterstützung im Standortmanagement
  • Vertretung der Standortleitung bei Abwesenheit

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung bei einem Bildungsträger, Weiterbildungsträger oder im Bildungsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsmarktmaßnahmen (z. B. AZAV, Maßnahmen nach SGB II / SGB III) von Vorteil
  • Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
