In unserem Haus werden medizinisch-psychosoziale Reha-Maßnahmen für krebs- und herzkranke Kinder und ihre Familien, sowie Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene durchgeführt.

Ab sofort suchen wir in Vollzeit oder in Teilzeit (80%)

eine/n stellv. Hauswirtschaftliche/n Betriebsleiter/in (m/w/d)

oder

Hauswirtschaftsmeister (m/w/d)

als Teil des hauswirtschaftlichen Leitungsteams

Wir wünschen uns:

Ausbilderqualifikation für das Berufsbild Hauswirtschaft

Freude am Beruf und dem Umgang mit Menschen

Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

EDV Anwendungskenntnisse

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört:

Personalführung und Personaleinsatzplanung

Die Ausbildung der Hauswirtschafter/innen

Bereichsleitung im Service und der Cafeteria

Organisation, Durchführung und Gestaltung von Veranstaltungen

Mitarbeit in der allgemeinen Hauswirtschaft

Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
