### AUFGABEN

  • Stationäre Fallsteuerung
  • Einzel- und Gruppensupervision von Psychologen in Weiterbildung sowie Intervision mit approbierten Psychotherapeuten, Durchführung von Visiten
  • Beteiligung an der Weiterbildung als Weiterbildungsbefugter nach neuem Psychotherapeutengesetz (z.B. Weiterbildungs- und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen)
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Co-Leitung eines motivierten Teams klinischer Psychologen und Psychologischer Psychotherapeuten, inklusive Supervisions- und Intervisionsaufgaben
  • Aktives Mitwirken bei der Außendarstellung der Klinik
  • Bei Interesse Co-Leitung des Forschungsbereichs
  • Übernahme weiterer Managementaufgaben

### FÄHIGKEITEN UND ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Approbation als Psychologischer Psychotherapeut (m/w/d) nach der alten Ausbildungsordnung, Fachkunde Verhaltenstherapie
  • Erfahrung als Supervisor und/oder Intervisor
  • Fundierte klinisch psychotherapeutische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Erwachsenen
  • Freude an Psychotherapie sowie an der Anleitung und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Differenzierte verhaltenstherapeutische Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Bezug auf Verfahren der sog. dritten Welle der Verhaltenstherapie
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, Freude an multidisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Freundliches, empathisches und wertschätzendes Auftreten
