Stellvertretende Betriebsleitung (m/w/d) – Auch für Quereinsteiger geeignet!

Die SoftShine Autowaschstraße in Henstedt-Ulzburg sucht eine motivierte und engagierte stellvertretende Betriebsleitung (m/w/d), die unser Team unterstützt und zu einem glänzenden Kundenerlebnis beiträgt.

  • Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung des Betriebsleiters bei der operativen Leitung der Autowaschstraße
  • Koordination der täglichen Abläufe, inklusive Fahrzeugannahme und Waschprozess
  • Führung und Motivation des Teams, um eine hohe Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen
  • Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter/innen in der Fahrzeugpflege und Bedienung der Waschanlage
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Wartung der Autowaschanlage und der Arbeitsgeräte
  • Anforderungen:
  • Erfahrung in der Autowäsche oder Fahrzeugpflege von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Servicebereitschaft
  • Führungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick von Vorteil
