  • Personalplanung und -führung
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Kommunikation mit Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern, Angehörigen und Behörden
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Examinierte Pflegefachkraft
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung nach den gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Führungserfahrungen in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Erfahrung in der Personal- und Budgetverantwortung
  • Führungskompetenz und Organisationsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstarke und empathische Persönlichkeit
