  • Kältetechnik Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs-,
  • Instandhaltungs- und Serviceeinsätzen Ganzheitliche
  • Auftragsabwicklung – von der Angebotserstellung und Kalkulation bis
  • zur Rechnungslegung Verantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Steuerung
  • des Kostenstellenbereichs Kompetente Beratung, Betreuung und Pflege
  • der Bestands- und Neukunden Fachliche und organisatorische Führung
  • eines Teams aus mehreren Servicetechnikern an verschiedenen Standorten
  • in Nordrhein-Westfalen Was Sie mitbringen sollten: Abgeschlossene
  • Berufsausbildung im Bereich Klima- und Kältetechnik mit einer
  • Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker, Meister oder einer
  • vergleichbaren Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der
  • Projekt- oder Bauleitung sowie erste oder einschlägige Erfahrung in
  • der Führung von Mitarbeitenden Fundierte Kenntnisse der
  • einschlägigen technischen Regelwerke Sicherer Umgang mit den
  • gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie Kalkulations- und
  • Auftragssoftware Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Mitarbeitenden
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte
