Arena Personalmanagement GmbH sucht für ein Kundenunternehmen im Raum Berlin eine engagierte stellvertretende Fachmarktleitung (m/w/d) zur langfristigen Unterstützung.

### Ihre Aufgaben

Koordinierung der vielschichtigen Arbeitsabläufe des Baufachmarktes
Kontrolle der Lagerbestände sowie der Warenpräsentation
Überprüfung und Durchsetzung der Warensicherung und Regalauszeichnung
Assistenzaufgaben und Entlastung der Fachmarktleitung
Durchführung von Schließdiensten
Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
Steuerung des Kassenpersonals sowie Kassenabrechnung

### Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Groß- oder Einzelhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Serviceorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Organisationsvermögen
